Siren Rewards – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Siren Rewards mobile app and website (“Service”), owned and operated by Siren Rewards Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Siren Rewards is exclusive to frontline workers in Nova Scotia, including:
Healthcare workers (NS Health, IWK, doctors, nurses, support staff)
Police, fire, and emergency services
Paramedics, EMTs
Educators and school staff
Care workers
Armed Forces personnel
Other frontline roles as approved by Siren Rewards
You agree to provide accurate information to confirm your eligibility.
2. Your Account
2.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate details during signup, including a valid work email or manual verification documents.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Do not share your password or digital Siren Rewards card.
2.3 Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if we suspect:
False information
Fraudulent verification
Abuse of offers
Sharing of your account or digital card
3. Frontline Verification
Verification can be done via:
Approved frontline work emails
Manual verification (documents or other info)
False verification attempts may result in permanent removal from the platform.
4. Digital Siren Rewards Card
Once verified, you receive a digital Siren Rewards card.
You agree not to:
Share screenshots of your card
Allow non-frontline individuals to use it
Use the card to redeem discounts unfairly
Businesses may request to see your card or ID to confirm eligibility.
5. Offers & Discounts
5.1 Business Responsibility
All discounts, offers, and promotions are created and controlled by each participating business.
Siren Rewards:
Does not guarantee any discount
Does not set prices or conditions
Is not responsible for disputes between you and a business
Use of any discount is at your own discretion and risk.
5.2 Changes
Businesses may change or end discounts at any time without notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your eligibility
Cheat or exploit discounts
Harass or abuse businesses
Attempt to access admin features, APIs, or restricted parts of the system
Use the app in a way that may harm Siren Rewards or participating businesses
7. App Access & Availability
We aim to keep the app running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee:
Continuous access
Bug-free operation
Immediate fixes to technical issues
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nova Scotia and Canadian law:
Siren Rewards is not liable for:
Losses caused by business discounts, products, or services
Data issues, technical errors, or downtime
Misuse of your account by you or someone else
Loss of earnings or opportunities
Your use of the app is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or remove your account if:
You provide false information
You misuse the app
You violate these Terms
You may delete your account at any time by contacting:

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email.
Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
